In a Harmonious Home™, every square inch earns its place by providing function or spatial generosity. The Elegance of Enough™ Study identifies excess space based on discernment, not deprivation.
Investment: US$1,200 to add this lens to your Resolved Floor Plan™ review.
Enough is a true luxury that money can’t buy—and many never think to seek. Having exactly what serves you, beautifully tailored to your needs, is the essence of bespoke—and of The Elegance of Enough™.
The Swedish philosophy of Lagom (LAH-gom)—not too much, not too little, just right—beautifully captures this spirit of balance, simplicity, and contentment.
Fewer square feet mean lower construction costs, material use, environmental footprint, and upkeep. More valuable still is creating something richer, more intentional, and more meaningful with less—elevating both prosperity and legacy.
With your Resolved Floor Plan™ analysis, you will receive an Elegance of Enough™ Study overlay identifying where square footage can be reduced without sacrificing function, comfort, or gracious spaciousness. You’ll also receive recommendations to optimize the remaining space through smart storage, added flexibility, and multipurpose use—allowing your home to do more with less.
If we find no meaningful excess square footage, we send our heartiest congratulations and refund the Elegance of Enough™ fee in full.
