Cancellations. Work begins immediately upon that confirmation. Once work begins, we do not offer cancellations or refunds except under our stated guarantees or as required by law.

Our guarantees. If our review finds your floor plan already resolved, we refund your fee in full. If The Elegance of Enough™ study identifies no meaningful excess floor area, we refund its fee in full also.

Using your review. We provide conceptual design advice only. Your local professionals must verify feasibility, measurements, code compliance and all details before construction. Our review does not replace permit, engineering or construction documents.

Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your personal information. We may feature your project in anonymized case studies, subject to any necessary copyright permissions. We do not publish identifiable project material without your permission.
